John G's, which derives its name from owner John Giragos, is an old-fashioned enterprise that has occupied a scenic spot fronting Lake Worth's public beach. John G. opened his restaurant doors in December of 1973 and has been open year-round for breakfast and lunch seven days a week ever since. John G's has been a family affair with Keith and Jay Giragos as extremely gifted Chef Managers and Wendy Giragos Yarbrough as the highly personable and efficient Dining Room Manager. He has also been very grateful for his loyal patrons and the outstanding good help that he has attracted. John G's has been honored by numerous awards over the past years and spends a good deal of time and effort serving the community that has welcomed the family and the restaurant so warmly.
